Cancellation Policy

NO FEES APPLY:
Please cancel or change your appointment 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid any late cancellation fee
100% SERVICE FEES APPLY:
Canceling or changing appointments after 48-hour notice will result in a 100% appointment fee for the scheduled services for that day.
Altering your appointment at your appointment is considered a late cancelation/alteration.
Tardiness of more than 15 minutes may result in rescheduling due to lateness and will result in a late fee.
No show, no call will result in a late cancelation fee for booked appointments.
Late fees/ no show fees are highly encouraged to be taken care of before making a new appointment at Salon De Colourez.
